About the Role
We are hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to partner with our most strategic customers in identifying, validating, and scaling AI-driven ways of working using Miro.
In this role, you will act as a trusted AI advisor, helping customers translate business goals into practical AI use cases, guide experimentation, and drive measurable adoption. You will focus on designing effective workflows, advising on integrations, and accelerating outcomes using Miro’s AI capabilities and ecosystem.
In addition to customer-facing work, you will serve as an internal AI subject matter expert, helping elevate the team’s understanding of AI, shaping how we deliver AI engagements, and building repeatable approaches that scale across customers.You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to real customer needs.
What you’ll do
Customer Consulting & Delivery
- Lead discovery sessions to identify high-impact AI use cases, workflows, and opportunities tied to customer outcomes
- Guide customers through AI validation and experimentation, helping them prioritize where AI will deliver value
- Design practical AI-enabled workflows in Miro, leveraging templates, integrations, and existing tools
- Advise on how to embed AI into existing ways of working, not just standalone solutions
- Support customers through adoption, change management, and scaling successful use cases
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences
Internal SME & Enablement
- Act as an AI subject matter expert for the Professional Services and GTM teams
- Help define and evolve how we deliver AI engagements, including frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
- Build repeatable assets (e.g., templates, workflows, solution patterns) that scale across customers
- Enable internal teams through training, guidance, and hands-on support on AI capabilities and positioning
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape AI opportunities and improve pre- and post-sale motions
Product & Strategy Feedback
- Partner with Product and Engineering to provide customer-driven feedback on AI capabilities and gaps
- Identify trends across customers to inform future AI use cases and offerings
What you’ll need
- 6+ years in consulting, solution architecture, or customer-facing roles focused on driving business outcomes
- Experience applying AI tools (e.g. LLMs, automation platforms) with a focus on practical use cases vs. deep development
- Strong ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled workflows and recommendations
- Experience guiding customers through adoption, change management, and new ways of working
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills; able to simplify complex AI concepts
- Strategic mindset with a focus on impact, prioritization, and iteration
- Understanding of AI risks, data considerations, and responsible enterprise usage
Nice to have (not required)
- Familiarity with AI ecosystems (e.g. OpenAI, automation tools, integrations)
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
- Exposure to APIs or AI frameworks
